Broken bowl? Cracked mug? → Take photos. Email [fengsj645@proton.me] within 48 hours. We replace or refund. No return needed.

Lost package? → Check with neighbors. Then your post office. Then email us. We'll hunt it down.

Wrong address? → Email us within 2 hours of ordering. We'll try to catch it.

International? → You pay customs/duties. We'll ship anywhere, but email us first.

We don't ship on: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Memorial Day.
